What clients are saying about their experiences?
As a person newly (belatedly) diagnosed with hEDS, I feel incredibly fortunate to have gotten to navigate this journey with Ashley. After many years of dealing with question marks and medical gaslighting, I was so grateful to have someone to talk to who not only validated my experience but also knew firsthand what it’s like to navigate this confusing, painful, and emotionally trying journey. I only wish I could have talked to her years ago when my symptoms first appeared.
For our 12-week coaching program, Ashley had me identify one aspect of my health to focus on, so I chose my brain fog. Over the course of our meetings, I learned tools and strategies for monitoring and managing my symptoms, from diet changes to re-framing and meditation techniques. It’s incredible how far I was able to come in such a short period of time, from feeling helpless, like I had no control over my body, to being in a place where I am aware of my triggers so can anticipate them, mitigate them, and manage them with more confidence and less stress.
What I love most about Ashley’s coaching is her holistic approach to health, her focus on the mind-body connection and the psycho-emotional aspects of chronic illness. She brings warmth, compassion, emotional intelligence, and humor to every session, and even checks in between appointments so that you never feel alone on your journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ashley to anyone navigating chronic/invisible pain and/or illness. She is an A+ human being.
